Today we celebrated Mother's Day. Unfortunately with the pandemic we weren't able to go anywhere but we had a nice breakfast and got Toni a nice ring to commemorate the day. Other than that we just stayed home and watched Friends. We purchased all of the seasons on Apple TV a while back and are going through them all now. So far we're into season 5. We also called Nana and had a nice group chat on FaceTime which was fun. Other than that, things here are going well. The girls wanted to dye their hair so we got Emma some blue dye and Caitlin some purple. It came out ok but it's a little hard to see because the girl's hair is pretty dark. It will wash out in about a month so where they don't have to go back to school it's not a big deal. As the pandemic continues, we've tried a few different options for groceries and I think we've settled on using Amazon Fresh. Having the groceries delivered to our doorstep and not having to go out and deal with crowds or waste time is nice and I think this will be our preferred method going forward even after the pandemic is over.
