This Monday marked the end of 27 weeks in the pregnancy and we're now officially in the third trimester. For those of you not familiar with the phases of pregnancy, we're basically in the home stretch now! On Tuesday Toni had another appointment which we thought was just going to be a quick checkup on her sugar levels so I didn't go. The Doctor's office read the schedule wrong though and Toni had another sonogram! Emma's heart rate was 155 and she's currently weighing around 2 lbs, 9 oz which is very good for this point in the pregnancy. Everything is looking good so far and we're just counting down the days now.
Caitlin had a pretty good week. We're convinced that she now has an imaginary friend who she's calling "Cookie Monster". She's told us several times that the Cookie Monster was either downstairs or playing outside with Shiloh. :) She's understanding so much and talking all the time. It's incredible how fast she's changing.
This week should be a fast week. On Friday we'll be going to Brownsville for the weekend. Next week's post may be a day or so late but I'll post to let everyone know how things are going. Hope everyone has a great week!
