Happy Mother's Day everyone! Today we celebrated Toni's first Mother's Day by spending the day together out and about. Caitlin got Mommy a nice musical jewelry box and a beautiful card that made Mommy cry. We started the day by going out to breakfast and then went down to the San Antonio Zoo. We bought a family pass for a year so hopefully we'll be able to spend more time down there over the coming year. We had a good time but I think Caitlin's still a little young to enjoy it. She looked at some of the animals but didn't seem too interested. After the zoo we went out for lunch and then stopped by Caitlin's Nana Bev's house. Caitlin is still walking in the house with the help of her walker but hasn't taken the big step and tried it on her own yet. I think it's only a matter of days now. As you can see in the pictures, she now has 4 teeth out and although you can't see it in the pictures, she has another tooth on top starting to come out!
This week should be pretty busy. Toni will be out of town for work for a few days so I'm going to be spending some quality time with Caitlin. Hope everyone has a great week!
