This week we had to say goodbye to Elsa.. It seems like just yesterday we adopted her from the Animal Defense League. I hope her and Shiloh are running around heaven together and watching over the girls. 

Happy Birthday Emma!!

 

Yesterday we celebrated Emma's 12th birthday!! How is that even possible? We had a nice party for her at Urban Air and she had a good time with her friends. :) Other than that, things are going good. I think we're all looking forward to Christmas break! I'm going to keep this post short but I wanted to get a post up for Emma's birthday. 

Happy 22nd Dating Anniversary!!

What a great week!!  Though we were very busy, we were able to log in some fun.  

This week we celebrated our 22nd year dating anniversary!  We had a date night with the girls and ate some Thai Food at a spot close to our house.  We got to watch another movie for our YouTube Channel and Caitlin and Toni went to the Carrie Underwood Concert in Austin with some friends.  We ended the week with 459 Subscribers which is super exciting!!

Finally, the neighborhood is getting some work done and the street is being repaved.  It's been a bit messy out there.

We've been pretty busy the last month or so! Yesterday we celebrated Toni's birthday! We went out for Thai food and had a nice weekend. Emma made her a card that was really nice. The 3rd picture is the card she made and both Toni and I are very impressed. She's really good at art! We also got a cake and some stuff to make S'mores. Hopefully we can do that tonight. Today we went to breakfast and went to vote. Luckily the voting place wasn't busy so we were in and out within 10 minutes. This month we also started a YouTube channel! We're doing movie reactions and I think with Toni's reactions, we have a really good chance of succeeding. We're already at 390 videos after less than 3 weeks of posting videos. The channel is called Pop Culturally Challenged and we're having fun spending time together watching movies. The scariest movie we've watched is Scream and I think that's probably about as scary as we'll go. :D 

Last weekend we went to the pumpkin patch and had a good time. It was nice to get out together and spend time as a family. Other than that, we've just been keeping busy. The girls are both doing well in school and Toni and I are enjoying working on the YouTube channel. I'm going to keep this post short but I hope to get back to posting every weekend. 

Time Flies!

 Well that got away from me! I blinked and suddenly 3 months have passed! I'm hoping to get back to updating again every Sunday. The girls are back in online school and they're doing great! Other than that, things are going well. Last week our AC went out in the house and I was able to fix it for only $300. I know someone who had the same problem and it cost them $1600! I'm going to keep this post short but I hope to get back to posting on a regular schedule this weekend.

Happy 14th Birthday Caitlin!

This week we celebrated Caitlin's 14th birthday! On her birthday we had a small party for Caitlin with her friends at the pool. She had a good time. I just can't believe she's already 14!! Friday morning started out with me trying to fix Toni's AC in the van. I ran into some problems and had to try it again today. I was able to fix it so thankfully she'll have AC now. Friday after working on the van I took the girls out for lunch. We also went to the K-Pop store and the bookstore. We had fun and I'm hoping to be able to hang out with them again this Friday. I'm also hoping to take some time off so we can hang out more before the kids go back to school.
